I enjoy welcoming new clients into the Logixal family, providing additional support to existing clients and dealing with the interesting businesses, that I have the privilege of working with.

 

I founded Logixal with the intention to provide outstanding technical solutions and transform office productivity. Working with world-class partners and some incredibly devoted individuals means that I get to deliver the sensational products and services that do exactly that. I deal with the day-to-day running of the business with a focus on operations, leadership, policy and employee motivation. I set and maintain our company's standards and I oversee the growth strategy. One of my key and perhaps favourite responsibilities is being heavily involved with existing clients and customer retention. Achieving and maintaining 97% customer retention is an accomplishment I am personally very proud of. everyday.
