CompleteView Document Analytics is the software tool behind our Document Analytics Services. The visual dashboards, dials and metrics present a number of quantitative data gathered during the audit phase such as: filing data, device print data and user print data.

Quantitative data is also captured, which allows us to link each document in your organisation to a certain process.

CompleteView Document Analytics then summarises all this information on a wave chart that shows the breakdown of your document workflows. Which department uses a certain document? What process is it part of? Why was the document printed? And finally, what was the fate of the document at the end of its life cycle. All these questions are easily answered by looking at the chart. The application also allows to gain insight of a document life-cycle.
